NJ Boating Safety Certificate Course at The Tuckerton Seaport

In New Jersey, you must successfully complete a boater safety course approved by The New Jersey State Police in order to operate a motorboat or a personal watercraft (PWC). Completing this class and passing the state-approved exam will satisfy this requirement.
This class is a single full Saturday class. The cost of the course is $85 per person. We’ll be donating $25 to the Tuckerton Seaport for each registered participant. Participants must be 13 years of age or older. (Those under 16 can operate small vessels with electric motors; you must be 16 or over to operate vessels with gas motors or personal watercraft)
There will be a break for lunch; participants can bring lunch or grab something locally. Bringing a notebook and pencil is recommended. The course will be held at Rancocas Veterinary Associates located at 46 Great Bay Blvd. Tuckerton
